This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Supaul P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code, 4/21 of MMDR Act, 1957, 11, 41, 56 of BMM Rules, 2019 and 65 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42640 of 2021(2) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
