2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Mahila Saran P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 494, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant was married with the petitioner as per Muslim Rituals and from their wedlock, two children were born out. After marriage, the accused persons along with the petitioner are said to have tortured her in different ways and he solemnized second marriage with sister of the informant.
4. It has jointly been submitted that the husband and the wife have compromised the case. The wife is residing with

5. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that although the informant is residing with the petitioner but the petitioner has solemnized his second marriage and the matter should be kept under watch.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application stands disposed of and the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail provisionally for six months on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mahila Saran P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
7. It is made clear that the provisional bail, granted to the petitioner shall stand confirmed after six months, if the informant does not complain against the petitioner. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
