The petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The informant, wife of the deceased, named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they all forcibly took her husband and the dead body of her husband was found on the ridge of a canal. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Bhim Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12934 of 2015. The case of the petitioners stands on similar footing as that of Bhim Yadav. Considering the facts that the petitioners are also named and their case stands on similar footing as that of Bhim

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
