JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(1), 25(1)AA, 25(1)(a)(c)26(1)(2) of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner two semi furnished pistols, four semi furnished magazines and equipments for manufacturing the same were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been framed in the present case. Moreover the investigation has already concluded. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
