Considering the chronic land dispute being the background of the Marpit, which has taken place, for which the present F.I.R. vide Mahishi P.S. Case No.90/2014 under various Sections of the Indian Penal Code and those of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 was instituted and further considering that the allegations were general and vague, let the petitioner (Buchchilal Yadav alias Buchilal Yadav) be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No.90/2014.
