Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Although, petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot when he along with two others had gone to collect extortion money from the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant's daughter was in love with coaccused, Dharmjeet Singh and as a matter of fact, the aforesaid Dharmjeet Singh and petitioner had gone to meet the informant's daughter but informant lodged this false case with concocted

The impugned order goes to show that at para-28 of the case diary it came to light that earlier the co-accused, Dharmjeet Singh was neighbour of the informant. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 01.03.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 292 of 2016.
