The petitioner was apprehended while taking away the motorcycle of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on mere suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case.
Considering the nature of accusation and the investigation being concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 304 of 2014.
