The Petitioner seeks bail in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014 registered under Sections 452, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 IPC was added pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Bhagalpur.

Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner in the statement of the victim which is a dying declaration, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
