JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amnour P.S.Case No. 124 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 379, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the informant and others causing injury to them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation is attributed against any of the petitioners and there is case and counter case between the parties and have no criminal antecedent against anyone.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77730 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
