2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 506, 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner kidnapped minor daughter of the informant.
4. It is submitted that the victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case. She has stated that she voluntarily solemnised marriage with this petitioner and her age is 20 years. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st, Gaya in connection with Mahkar (Sarbahda O.P.) P. S. Case No. 13 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
