2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pasraha P.S Case No. 232 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per prosecution case, some miscreants on the point of knife and pistol snatched mobile phone and cash of Rs. 11075/- and other documents as well as the key of motorcycle from the Informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that petitioner is not named in FIR his name transpired from the confessional statement of the Co-accused. Looted motorcycle were also recovered from the Co-accused not from the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist class, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S Case No. 232 of 2025.
