ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner being the husband in a case under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code is in custody in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 288/2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that deceased lady died natural death. However, there is a sufficient material in the case diary that the lady was subjected to demand of dowry and after her death her body was disposed of.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner being the husband was responsible towards the well being of his wife, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is accordingly rejected.
