Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 354A/504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act. The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she stated that the petitioner only caught her hand while she was going.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant lodged this case under misconception and moreover, when the informant came to know about real fact, he as well as victim entered into compromise which is evident from annexure 2 to the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
