Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the petitioner has given several representations to the authorities concerned, the authorities are not taking any action on the same and not passing any orders. Therefore, learned counsel seeks a direction from this Hon'ble Court to direct the Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA), Patna, i.e., the respondent No. 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders.

Per contra, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation ventilating his grievance and on receipt of the same, the authorities concerned shall consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 3 by way of representation ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the said representation, the authorities concerned shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereof. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
