This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 498A and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is either ready to keep his wife with full dignity or, if for any reason the wife is not ready to live with him, he is ready to pay maintenance of Rs.2000/- per month.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail for four months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 276 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to the conditions that after one month of his release the petitioner shall keep his wife with full dignity or if for any reason the wife is not ready to live with him, the
