The informant was not an eye witness to the occurrence and he had rather been informed by one Suraj Kumar about the occurrence and he had named two persons out of whom one Suman Kumar has been admitted to bail in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47805 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 12059 of 2014.

Let the above named petitioner be also released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with the above noted case.
