The petitioner is in custody since 21.1.2015 in connection with Ara Mufassil P.S.Case No.73 of 2006 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named accused in this case and has been taken into custody in connection with the present case. Subsequently he was remanded in another case. It is submitted that the similarly situated co-accused, having allegation of firing, has been extended the privilege of regular bail by this court vide order passed in 14564 of 2008 on 6.1.2009 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner Satyug Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Mufassil P.S.Case No.73 of 2006.
