JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order of suspension dated 22.02.2019, whereby and whereunder not only the petitioner has been put under suspension but it has been directed to initiate a departmental proceeding against him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Prapatra 'Ka' has already been issued to the petitioner and the departmental proceeding has already been going on but at snail's pace.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10152 of 2019(2) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents would expeditiously complete the departmental proceeding and pass a final order. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the disciplinary authority to conclude the departmental proceeding and pass a final order, either exonerating the petitioner or indicting him, within a period of six months from today, failing which the suspension of the petitioner, as directed vide order dated 22.02.2019, shall stand revoked automatically.

It is needless to state that in the meantime, the subsistence allowance payable to the petitioner, shall be paid forthwith.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
