In this case, the petitioners submit that their case is squarely covered by the judgment and order passed in C.W.J.C. No.18919 of 2017, Arvind Kumar Sinha vs. the State of Bihar and others.

Patna High Court CWJC No.116 of 2018(4) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 The concerned authority will examine the fact, law and relief sought for in the present case vis-a-vis fact, law and relief of C.W.J.C. No.18919 of 2017 and if it is found that the everything is identical, the petitioner would be granted the same relief as has been given to Arvind Kumar Sinha. With the above observation and direction, this application is disposed of.

The counsel for the petitioners has also pointed that in the order dated 11.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18919 of 2017, the letter dated 06.06.2016 has wrongly been typed in place of letter dated 06.06.2017.
