This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 489A, 489B and 489C of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the recovery of counterfeit notes were made from the possession of Mannu Sah. As far as the name of the petitioner is concerned, it has appeared on the confession of the co-accused. It is, further, submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no recovery or any counterfeit notes from the possession of the petitioner. It is, further, submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and is in jail since 06.12.2014.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report.

No.15817 of 2015 (3) dt.09-06-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran.
