The petitioner being father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 15.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the specific case of the informant is that the victim was assaulted and, thereafter, she was administered poison. The postmortem report reflects no external injury, particularly, the resisting injury. The accusation is omnibus and general against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14718 of 2015 (3) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 the entire in-laws' family and, as submitted, the husband of the victim is in custody. The Forensic Science Laboratory report is still awaited Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Tarabari P.S.
