The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria (Bairigachhi) P.S.Case No.447 of 2018 G.R.No.2221 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 354B, 380, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they came to the house of the informant and one Arif assaulted by Dabia on her head causing injury, one Alam disrobed her and the petitioner bite with teeth on the hand. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main allegation is against one Alam and the land dispute is admitted from the FIR itself. Allegation against the petitioner is only of biting on the hand.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S.Case no.447 of 2018, G.R.No.2221 of 2018.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
