The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-a)a, 25(1-b) a, 25(1-c)a, 26(i)(ii)(ii), 35 Arms Act and 17/20 of the UAP Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has produced before me certain orders passed by this Court whereby, other co-accused persons, similarly situated, namely, Md. Azhar Sabri, Md. Sarfaraz, Md. Rabbani have been granted regular bail. He further submits that another co-accused, namely, Md. Shabbir has been granted regular bail vide an order passed by this Court today in Cr. Misc. No. 45973 of 2014.

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner Utpal
