JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under section 414 and 34 of the Penal Code.

It is alleged that on a raid being conducted by the police, one Bolero Jeep and one Apache Bike were recovered. During the raid, some of the accused escaped whereas three of them were apprehended. On being questioned, the petitioner could not produce the papers of the vehicles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a driver of the vehicle, which has been released in favour of its owner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Md. Mokim is directed to be released on bail, in connection with Town P.S. Case No.568 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5.000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
