The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for theft of a motorcycle. It is submitted that from the possession of the petitioner, the theft motorcycle was recovered, for which, Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 33/06 was registered and the petitioner was granted bail in the aforesaid case after remaining in jail for substantial period. The petitioner is in jail since 08.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
