The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Basopatti P. S. Case No. 112 of 2017 dated 20.06.2017, instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner earlier was made accused in several cases of similar nature but in most of the cases he has been acquitted or is on bail, which fact appears from paragraph 3 of the petition.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Vth, Madhubani, in connection with CRI Case No. 1156 of 2017, arising out of Basopatti P. S. Case No. 112 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
