The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 427 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that two F.I.R. has been filed, one by the father of the deceased and another by wife of the deceased. It is submitted that father does not find under F.I.R.. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that father has filed complaint case. However, the first F.I.R. filed by the wife. During the said F.I.R., specific allegation has been made that Md. Hatim armed with Hunsua and rest persons armed with

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that there is no specific role of this petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2014. Having regard to the fact, all the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No.39 of 2014.
