JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 342 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 353 and 427 of the Indian penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Damage to Public Property Act. Allegation against the petitioner and others is of forcibly collecting money from the trucks' drivers and on refusal, they have damaged the trucks. Petitioner is named in the FIR. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77749 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
