The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Gangaour) P.S. Case No. 77 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and fourteen live cartridges has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed
