Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 461, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner entered into the shop of the informant and stole one lap top but the petitioner was apprehended while coming out from the shop. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some altercation had taken place and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in jail since 23.11.2014. Considering the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to
