====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that prior to death, the deceased made her statement stating that it was the petitioner who set fire upon her after pouring K. Oil. A report was called for from the trial court. It has been reported that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case is fixed for argument.

Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26486 of 2020(4) dt.12-03-2021 2/2 the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 297 of 2017 arising out of Manigachhi (Nehra OP) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2015 is rejected. Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
