The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Lal Mohan Ray, another co-accused, confessed his guilt, and in pursuance thereof, the looted pick-up van was recovered from another co-accused. Except the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner and the petitioner was not event put on T.I.P. although he is in jail since 31.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
