The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26(i)(ii) of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of pistol and one cartridge from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 26.07.2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, IVth, Munger, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 870 of 2014 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future. m.p.
