Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 47 of the Excise Act.

Three bottles country made liquor kept in a bag are said to have been recovered from hotel of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 13.4.2016.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Complaint Case no. 144C2/2016.
