JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-02-2025 Vide judgment dated 06.12.2022 passed in CWJC No. 14903 of 2019, the petitioner was granted the liberty to take recourse to remedies provided under Clause 63/64 of the GCC within a period of two weeks.

2. As such, the petitioner seeks modification of the judgment dated 06.12.2022 extending the time to pursue the remedies before the appropriate forum.

3. For the reasons explained in the petition, we modify the judgment dated 06.12.2022 passed in CWJC No. 14903 of 2019, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority within a further period of three weeks, to be counted from today.
