JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are accused in a case under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and under the SC and ST Act.

The petitioners submit that there is a case and counter case and they are said to have given knife blow on the lips of son of the informant and Sword blow on the eye of his grand son. It is submitted that that as per the medical report injuries have been caused by hard blunt substance. The petitioners are in custody since 4.10.2014.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners as mentioned above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub
