JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused were caught by the police and stolen articles were recovered from the place of occurrence. However, co-accused, Binod Baskhor @ Binod Ram Baskhor and Butta Kumar, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact
