The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case no.183 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the informant received information that his room-mate Aman has received FIR arm injury and he has been taken to PMCH and he was informed that the co-accused Golu Kumar has fired on him. It appears that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been named on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Golu Kumar and nothing specific has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM II, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case no.183 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
