The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 3019 of 2020 with a direction to surrender before the court below within six weeks, but they could not surrender before the court below within the time prescribed in the order dated 28.02.2020 on account of Covid-19 and now they are ready to surrender before the court below and makes prayer for time.

In such view of the matter, the time for surrender of the petitioners before the court below is extended further for four weeks.

The order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7444 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 No.3019 of 2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
