JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught on the spot along with other accused while he was engaged in transporting contraband item i.e. Ganja and near about 6 quintals of Ganja was recovered from the vehicles, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Hence, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014 arising out of Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Buxar stands rejected.
