JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, the learned APP for the State and Sri Nilesh Kumar, the learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghopur PS case no. 312 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to renew the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail, after framing of charge in the present case.
