The petitioner has not produced relevant material in respect of Annexure-2 to the writ petition filed, so as to ascertain factual material information that apart the petitioner was required to initiate contempt of court proceedings, within one year from the date of order of this Court dated 23.06.2015, whereas the present petition has been filed in the year 2023 and on the ground of limitation, petition is not maintainable.

The present MJC (contempt petition) stands dismissed in the light of co-ordinate Bench order in the case of Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha & Ors. Vs. The Union of India & Ors. bearing MJC No. 1840 of 2023 in C.W.J.C. No.13888 of 2016.

Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No.1487 of 2023 stands dismissed.
