The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that the petitioner was sitting in a vehicle and after seeing the police personnel the driver and the petitioner were trying to flee away but they were apprehended on the spot.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was standing near the place of occurrence and he has no connection with the vehicle. He has no criminal antecedent. The signature of the petitioner has also not been obtained on the seizure list.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
