The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have made an attempt to commit rape with the victim. It is submitted that the allegation is false. The victim is in the habit of filing such cases as earlier the victim filed Kanti P.S. Case No. 225/10 under Section 354 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code against Sukhdeo Paswan and she later on compromised the case. The petitioner is in jail since 29.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for about four months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11278 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., West, Muzaffarpur in Kanti P.S. Case No. 259/14 (Panapur O.P.), corresponding to G.R. No. 1626/14.
