Regard being had to the facts that a country made pistol as also two cartridges were recovered and further considering that the petitioner having been reported involved in other criminal case vide Bettiah(T) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2010 followed up by a case under Sections 302, 406,etc of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, vide Bettiah (T) P.S. case No.76 of 2011, the Court is not inclined to direct the release of the petitioner on bail.
