Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.5527 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed him to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date of passing of the order but, due to pandemic of Covid-19 the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within stipulated time. In such view of the matter, the time to surrender before the Court below is extended by further six weeks from today. The petitioner shall surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36954 of 2020(2) dt.06-01-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.5527 of 2020 is modified to the above extent and this Modification Application stands disposed of.

Let this order be communicated to the concerned Court below.
