Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 13.03.2019 Dr. R. D. Ranjan, the present Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna is in attendance and files a supplementary show cause enclosing an order of promotion bearing Memo No. 530(4) dated 01.04.2019 at Annexure 'B' to the supplementary show cause to submit that the order of this Court has been complied.
Mr. Uma Shankar Singh, learned counsel appearing
Patna High Court MJC No.3244 of 2017(7) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 for the petitioner is yet not satisfied because the posting orders have not yet been issued.
This Court takes note of the statement made by the deponent at paragraph 9 to the supplementary show cause to dispose of the grievance raised.
Even otherwise, a posting order is not a matter of contempt and bearing note that the order of promotion has since been passed, the contempt application is disposed of. The attendance of Mr. R.D. Ranjan, Director-inChief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna is accordingly dispensed with.
Re: I.A. No.3315 of 2018:
In so far as the petitioners in CWJC 4036 of 2017 are concerned who seek to intervene in the present proceedings, I am of the considered opinion that any grievance that they seek to raise, has to be raised by them before the appropriate forum and not before this Court. I.A. No.3315 of 2018 thus stands disposed of.
