Petitioner is in jail custody since 3.9.2014 and admittedly, he was not caught on the spot rather his name was disclosed by apprehended accused Md. Naseem and Md Mushtaqeem who have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 21.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no.6249/2014. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati District Gaya in Sherghati P.S. Case no. 350/2013.
