In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Surajgarha (Piri Bazar) P.S.Case No. 76 of 2007 registered u/s 467, 468, 469 and 420 IPC.

At the instance of petitioner, aforesaid case was instituted but as the Secretary, taking advantage of his illiteracy, got his signature on different dates and thereby some persons have been appointed illegally as Panchayat Teacher, later on petitioner has been arrested and made accused in this case. In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Fagu Kora is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Lakhisarai
