2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2014 in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 307 and 302 IPC.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated without having regard to the separate parentage of the petitioner and the person accused in the FIR.
4. The FIR named accused Kalicharan Dom is described as son of Mithu Dom whereas the petitioner claims to be the son of Ranvir Yadav as stated in the cause title to the bail petition. However, this fact is also not supported by the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11370 of 2015 (4) dt.29-06-2015 copy of the Voter I.D. Card (Annexure-2) which relates to Kalicharan Yadav, son of Ram Veer Yadav. Moreover, the victim has named the co-accused Manoj Kumar who has sprinkled oil and the petitioner lit her saree on fire.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusation and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
